• All tags, seals, and accessories must be intact
• Discovery sets and sample sizes are non-returnable once opened
• Gift sets must be returned in complete condition
• Products purchased during sales or with promotional discounts may have modified return policies

How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Pack the product securely and ship it back to us

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
